Yes, that's a horse and for those who do not know, this is one of the worse intersections in Atlanta.
It's Peachtree and Lenox and it's a nightmare.
I did not see anything nearby advising why there would be a horse walking through Buckhead so I can only assume that this is the smartest man in Atlanta.
Anyone who can figure out a way around Peachtree traffic is a genius.
